Adult Standing Acro
No experience or partner needed Training for all levels provided. Warm up with basic tumbling skills, then practice holding or being held up in strange and mysterious ways. Improves strength, balance, trust, and communication skills.
Adult Strength & Stretch
This class focuses on learning to identify what parts of your body are working when, as well as how to isolate them and make them stronger and more flexible, in order to give your muscles and body more durability and longevity. This class is a great place to start your circus journey.
This time is set aside for students who would like extra time outside of class to review for themselves what they have been learning in class. If currently in classes at Synapse speak with your coach if you can safely pratice on your own. If not in classes at Synapse please email firstname.lastname@example.org to set up a skill review.
