No experience or partner needed Training for all levels provided. Warm up with basic tumbling skills, then practice holding or being held up in strange and mysterious ways. Improves strength, balance, trust, and communication skills.
Good stretching technique, proper form, and strength at the limit of flexibility are taught through proven traditional circus methods and exercises based on modern movement research. Get more flexible over a shorter time, in a less painful way.
