Adult Strength and Stretch


Gaining more strength and becoming more flexible at the same time, what could be better than that? This class focuses on identifying what parts of your body are working when, as well as isolating and making them stronger and more flexible. Half of the class will be working towards strength targeting different muscle groupings. Then work to stretch those groupings and encourage flexibility.

For Students ages 14+
